Questionnaire
Your first step is to complete the brief questionnaire and send it to Family Development Resources. We will then contact you within 48 hours.Principal Agent
Once you have been approved as an agency, you then designate a Principal Agent, and login to your new online agency.Assessments
After you have established your account, you can begin purchasing assessments to use with your clients. A typical client requires 2 assessments, a pre and post test.
Inventory Assessment Pricing
- Minimum purchase of 10 assessments: $10.00 per assessment
- 11 to 25 assessments: $6.00 per assessment
- 26 to 59 assessments: $4.00 per assessment
- 60 to 400 assessments: $2.50 per assessment
- 401 to 1,000 assessments: $2.25 per assessment
- over 1,000 assessments: $2.00 per assessment
By establishing an account your organization will be able to set up programs and begin administering the inventories to participants. You and your team will then have unlimited use of our online program, Assessing Parenting.
You may purchase test administrations by credit card or purchase order. When you run low on administrations, additional test administrations be ordered from Family Development Resources.
